'Afterglow', produced by Pete Townshend, is a choose-your-own-adventure concept album which unfurls the story of a supernatural phenomenon taking place in the fictional town of Valentine, where "the afterglow" arrives and warps the behaviors and inhibitions of the townsfolk.
