Roberto Faz first came into prominence in Cuba as the lead singer of the popular Conjunto Casino. Faz formed his own conjunto in the early 1950's and became one of Cuba's most popular and highly influential bolero singers. The classic album "Roberto Faz y Su Conjunto" was recorded in the early 1970's and represents some of the best that Cuban music has to offer. All selections newly re-mastered.
