Described as a "gospel group with a mission in motion," The Gospel Shepherds were formed in 1997 and hail from Somerset and New Brunswick, New Jersey. Playing at Churches, Weddings, Family Reunions, Fund-raisers, Festivals and Concerts throughout the nation, The Gospel Shepherds combines a hard driving rhythm section; George Roberts (lead guitar/vocal), Keith Roberts & Robert McCoy (bass guitar), Gary Bailey (percussion) and Curtis Green (drums), coupled with dynamic vocal harmony, Kevin Proctor, Richard Tyus and G.
