Rising Force for Change is the long awaited third release from Dub Nation. Producer/bassist and Dub Nation mainstay Frank "Fantom" Caruso has pushed forward with a unique and innovative path mixing elements of soul, jazz, hip-hop, rock and big band with traditional roots reggae rhythms.
