This is not the Austin of the cosmic cowboys, or the  blues wailers.  Since 1989 the Coffee Sergeants have been bringing you the Austin that lives in the little wooden bungalows in the older parts of town.  The Austin where the cicadas call madly from tree to tree and the scent of mimosa blossoms mixes in the summer night air.  The Austin that smokes, sips tequila and listens intently to the hum of the air conditioner in the evening and prays that it won't break down again. Definitely informed by the psychedelic experience, but there's a bit more. Theirs is a vision of an Austin that's slowly disappearing. They are and have always been, uniquely yours.
