Olcay Bayir gives voice to the hardships of the valiant people of Anatolia, who, despite innumerable injustices, continue to preserve their language, culture and customs. Tu Gulî, a collection of Kurdish Alevi soul-infused songs, honours her multicultural and multilinguistic background.
